Paychecks for Patriots Act of 2025

This legislation aims to guarantee that members of the United States Armed Forces continue to receive their pay and allowances even if the government experiences a shutdown. It specifically appropriates funds for fiscal year 2026 to ensure compensation for active service and inactive duty training. These appropriations cover all components of the military, including both active duty personnel and reserve components. The bill mandates that these funds are available for any period during which interim or full-year appropriations for fiscal year 2026 are not yet in effect.
