It will assess the regulatory environment, emerging fertilizer technologies, and the transparency of current public price reporting, evaluating the potential for a mandatory reporting mechanism and offering a recommendation to Congress. The report will also project market growth and associated economic and political risks, while ensuring no confidential business information is disclosed.
