Fair Milk Pricing for Farmers Act

This bill amends Section 273 of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 to establish new mandatory reporting requirements for dairy product manufacturers. It specifically mandates that manufacturers report production cost and product yield information for all products processed within the same facility or facilities, expanding upon existing reporting obligations. The Secretary of Agriculture is directed to publish a report containing this detailed dairy products processing cost information every two years, with the first report due three years after the bill's enactment.
