Pennington County Land Conveyance Act

This bill, titled the "Pennington County Land Conveyance Act," mandates the Secretary of Agriculture to convey specific federal land to Pennington County, South Dakota . The land in question is approximately 8.97 acres of National Forest System land located within the Black Hills National Forest . The conveyance will occur without monetary consideration , meaning the county will receive the land free of charge. Pennington County is authorized to use this land for a public works facility or any other purposes deemed necessary by the county. Following the transfer, the Secretary will officially modify the boundary of the Black Hills National Forest to reflect the removal of this parcel.
