Pennington County Land Conveyance Act

This bill directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey specific federal land to Pennington County, South Dakota . The land in question is approximately 8.97 acres of National Forest System land located within the Black Hills National Forest. The conveyance will occur without consideration , meaning no payment is required from the County, and will be subject to any appropriate terms and conditions set by the Secretary. Pennington County is authorized to use this land for a public works facility or any other purposes it deems necessary. Following the conveyance, the Secretary will modify the boundary of the Black Hills National Forest to reflect the transfer of this parcel.
