This bill amends the National Labor Relations Act to mandate that employers inform their employees about their rights and protections under the Act. It requires the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to create regulations for employers to post these notices in conspicuous physical and electronic locations. Furthermore, employers must notify each new employee of this information, with the NLRB making the notice text freely available to the public. To ensure compliance, the bill establishes penalties for violations of these posting requirements. If an employer fails to adhere to the regulations, the Board can issue an order requiring compliance and impose a civil penalty , which is capped at $500 for each instance of non-compliance.
