Endless Mountains National Heritage Area Act

This bill amends the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act to formally establish the Endless Mountains National Heritage Area as a new component of the National Heritage Area System. This designated area will be located in Pennsylvania, specifically covering Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties, with boundaries to be finalized based on a feasibility study. The legislation identifies the Endless Mountains Heritage Region, Inc. as the official local coordinating entity responsible for the area's management. This entity is required to submit a comprehensive management plan to the Secretary of the Interior for approval within three years of the bill's enactment. Furthermore, the authority for the Secretary of the Interior to provide federal assistance to this National Heritage Area will conclude 15 years after the date of the Act's enactment.
