Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park Establishment Act Amendments Act of 2025

This bill amends the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park Establishment Act to expand the park's boundary in Vermont. It updates the official park map and specifically includes the King Farm , which will be divided between the park's historic and protection zones. The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to acquire land within these new boundaries, including the King Farm, through various means such as donation or purchase from willing sellers. Upon acquisition, the King Farm may be used for agricultural and forestry purposes , conservation that preserves its historic character, and educational activities related to these fields. Additionally, the bill establishes the National Park Service Stewardship Institute at the park. The Institute's purposes include highlighting stewardship practices, fostering innovation within the National Park Service, and enhancing leadership and community engagement in conservation and resource stewardship.
