Nutrition Administration Assistance Act of 2026

This bill aims to bolster the administrative capacity of states in managing critical nutrition programs by providing additional federal funding. It specifically targets the Commodity Supplemental Food Program , the Emergency Food Assistance Act of 1983 , and the Seniors Farmers' Market Nutrition Program . The legislation directs that 70% of the newly appropriated funds will support administrative costs for the Commodity Supplemental Food Program, 20% for the Emergency Food Assistance Act, and 10% for the Seniors Farmers' Market Nutrition Program. This additional funding is intended to supplement existing allocations for these programs. To achieve this, the bill authorizes the appropriation of $1,000,000 annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2030.
