This bill establishes an **Office of Native American Affairs** within the Small Business Administration (SBA). The Office will be led by an **Associate Administrator for Native American Affairs**, who will possess expertise in Native American cultures and experience in providing culturally appropriate small business assistance. This Associate Administrator will be responsible for administering outreach, enhancing assistance through policy formulation, and collaborating with other federal agencies to holistically serve the needs of Native American entrepreneurs. Furthermore, the Office is authorized to provide **grants, contracts, and other financial assistance** to eligible Indian Tribes, Native Hawaiian Organizations, or non-profit entities.
