Extensive coordination is required with various federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The program will also consult with non-federal entities like state, local, and tribal governments, as well as information sharing and analysis organizations and private industry. Information shared under this program will be exempt from public disclosure laws , and entities of concern are explicitly prohibited from participating.
