Energy Threat Analysis Center Establishment Act of 2023 or the ETAC Establishment Act of 2023 This bill establishes an energy threat analysis center within the Department of Energy to enhance awareness of threats to the security of the energy sector, analyze security threats, identify relevant mitigation measures, support response and restoration activities, and facilitate increased information sharing between government and industry. The bill terminates the center after 10 years.
