The Director of the Office of Management and Budget, in collaboration with the Secretary of the Treasury and relevant Federal agencies, must create a dedicated subpage on an existing government transparency website. This platform will host detailed, machine-readable information about how disaster aid is being distributed and utilized by eligible recipients. Specifically, covered Federal agencies, such as those providing assistance under the Stafford Act, the Small Business Administration, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, are required to submit quarterly reports. These reports must include the total amount of disaster assistance provided, the amounts expended or obligated to projects, and a comprehensive list of all projects or activities. This list must detail the project's name, description, completion status, location, and any associated reporting requirements, thereby enhancing transparency and accountability in post-disaster recovery efforts.
