This bill proposes to expand vocational rehabilitation options for veterans with service-connected disabilities. It specifically authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to approve certain non-degree flight training programs as part of a veteran's rehabilitation plan. This legislation would amend title 38, United States Code, to allow the VA to fund flight training that does not lead to a standard college degree, thereby broadening opportunities for veterans seeking careers in aviation.
