The Geese House Site Conveyance Act directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey approximately 21,578 acres of Federal land within the Denali National Park and Preserve to Doyon, Limited . This land, specifically identified by sections and Bureau of Land Management serial numbers, was selected by Doyon, Limited in 1978 and excludes certain lots and lake areas. The conveyance must occur within one year of the Act's enactment, subject to existing rights and the reservation of public easements under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. Significantly, the bill imposes strict limitations on Doyon, Limited regarding the conveyed land.
