Expedited Guaranteed Lender Pilot Program Act

This bill proposes the establishment of an expedited guaranteed lender pilot program within the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The Secretary is directed to consider streamlining determinations necessary for certifications and assessments related to these loan guarantees. Importantly, the bill clarifies that this expedited process will not authorize the waiver or modification of any requirements other than those related to application processing timing. The USDA must submit annual reports on the program's actions and results to Congress, and the authority for this pilot program will terminate on September 30, 2031.
