Protect America's Workforce Act

The "Protect America's Workforce Act" aims to safeguard federal labor-management relations by directly addressing a recent Executive Order. This legislation specifically nullifies the Executive Order titled "Exclusions from Federal Labor-Management Relations Programs," which was issued on March 27, 2025. Consequently, no federal funds may be obligated or expended to carry out the provisions of this Executive Order. Furthermore, the bill includes a critical provision to protect existing agreements. It mandates that any collective bargaining agreement in effect as of March 26, 2025, between a federal executive branch agency and a labor organization representing federal employees, shall retain its full force and effect throughout its stated term, preventing any disruption to current labor contracts.
