Protect America’s Workforce Act

The "Protect America's Workforce Act" aims to reverse specific executive actions impacting federal labor-management relations. It explicitly nullifies Executive Order 14251 and Executive Order 14343 , which had established exclusions from Federal labor-management relations programs. Furthermore, the bill prohibits the obligation or expenditure of any Federal funds to carry out either of these nullified Executive Orders. A key provision also ensures that any collective bargaining agreement in effect as of March 26, 2025, between a Federal agency and a labor organization, will retain its full force and effect throughout its stated term, safeguarding existing agreements for Federal employees.
