No Fuel Credits for Batteries Act of 2025

This legislation clarifies that credits for electricity generated from renewable fuel, known as eRINs , are not authorized for purposes of satisfying the volume requirements of the Renewable Fuel Program . The bill's primary goal is to prevent the use of these specific credits in meeting federal mandates for renewable fuel content in transportation fuel.
