This bill, titled the "No Tax Dollars for the United Nation's Immigration Invasion Act," seeks to prohibit the United States Federal Government from providing financial contributions to three specific United Nations agencies: the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and the Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). Beyond the immediate prohibition, the legislation mandates a comprehensive study by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) . This study will identify all federal assistance programs that have provided funds to IOM, UNHCR, and UNRWA from fiscal years 2021 through 2025, including the total amounts and any associated restrictions. The GAO is also tasked with assessing the amount of funds these organizations should potentially repay to the U.S. Government. Furthermore, the bill requires the GAO to conduct an audit of the Department of State's Refugee Travel Loan Program . The findings from both the study and the audit must be compiled into a report and submitted to Congress within 180 days of the bill's enactment.
