SWAMP Act

This bill directs the Administrator of General Services to sell a specific federal property. It mandates the disposal of the property known as the Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building , located at 90 7th St, San Francisco, California. The Administrator is required to complete this sale by May 31, 2025 . The property must be disposed of pursuant to federal regulations or, if not feasible, sold at its fair market value for the highest and best use, as determined by the Administrator.
