PHEMCE Advisory Committee Act of 2023 This bill establishes an advisory committee for the Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures Enterprise (PHEMCE). (The PHEMCE identifies national health security needs and recommends related countermeasures and strategies to address those needs.)
