Preparing for All Hazards and Pathogens Reauthorization Act This bill reauthorizes through FY2028 and modifies public health preparedness and response programs and activities. This includes initiatives of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response to address public health or national security threats, such as pandemic influenza; the Hospital Preparedness Program and other efforts to enhance the capacity of the health care system to respond to threats and emergencies; and various programs to support the response of volunteer health care providers and other professionals to disasters and emergencies (e.g., the Volunteer Medical Reserve Corps).
