Excellence in Recovery Housing Act This bill directs the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration to promote the availability of high-quality recovery housing for individuals with substance use disorders, including by developing standards and best practices for recovery housing and awarding grants to states, tribes, territories, and localities.
