CARA 2.0 Act of 2020 This bill expands various programs and activities to address substance use disorders, including by requiring research on prevention strategies and treatment modalities; supporting workforce education and training; revising federal regulation of opioids; and increasing access to medication-assisted treatment and other recovery services.
