PFAS Free Foam Research and Development Act This bill requires the National Institute of Standards and Technology to award grants and carry out other activities to promote and advance the research and development of alternatives to aqueous film-forming foam containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, commonly referred to as PFAS.
