Small Business COVID-19 Recovery Grants Act of 2020 This bill requires the Small Business Administration to provide grants to small businesses that have suffered substantial economic injury as a result of COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019). Such grants may not exceed a specified amount and may be used to address direct effects of COVID-19, including (1) providing paid sick leave to employees, (2) maintaining payroll, and (3) meeting increased supply chain costs.
