Workforce Investment Disclosure Act of 2020 This bill requires an issuer of securities to disclose certain information regarding human capital management policies, practices, and performance. This information includes workforce data related to full-time, part-time, and contingent employees; turnover and retention rates; racial, ethnic, and gender composition; skills, training, and capabilities; culture and empowerment; health and safety; compensation and incentives; and recruiting.
