Helping Student Parents Succeed Act This bill requires an institution of higher education to make a statement of policy regarding expectant and parenting students accessible on its website. Such information shall include (1) policies regarding leaves of absence related to pregnancy or adoption and options for making up missed work, (2) types of accommodations for expectant and parenting students, and (3) availability of certain financial aid and student support services.
