Community College to Career Fund Act This bill directs the Department of Labor to award grants to eligible community colleges, four-year public institutions of higher education, tribal colleges or universities, public or private nonprofit two-year institutions of higher education in specified U.S. territories, in partnership with employers or an industry partnership representing multiple employers, to develop, offer, improve, and provide educational or career training programs for workers.
