This bill modifies member representation requirements of the National Offshore Safety Advisory Committee, including to require that one member must represent entities engaged in offshore oil exploration and production on the Outer Continental Shelf adjacent to Alaska. The bill renews for 2019 temporary early retirement authority for certain Coast Guard personnel.
