To amend the Department of Energy Organization Act to address insufficient compensation of employees and other personnel of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and for other purposes.

Timely Review of Infrastructure Act This bill amends the Department of Energy Organization Act to authorize the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to address insufficient compensation of its personnel. FERC must consult with the Office of Personnel Management when making a determination of the appropriate compensation for its personnel.
