Motion by Senator Schumer to reconsider the vote by which cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 4445 was not invoked (Record Vote No. 197) agreed to in Senate by Voice Vote. (CR S6078)

Referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on Veterans' Affairs, Armed Services, Education and the Workforce, Ways and Means, and Oversight and Accountability, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
