HR-5296: Preventing HEAT Illness and Deaths Act of 2021

ASSUMING FIRST SPONSORSHIP - Ms. Bonamici asked unanimous consent that she may hereafter be considered to be the first sponsor of H.R. 5296, as bill originally introduced by Representative Crist of Florida, for the purposes of adding cosponsors and requesting re-printings pursuant to clause 7 of rule XII. Agreed to without objection.
