HR-7178: CHIPS for America Act

Referred to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, and in addition to the Committees on Ways and Means, Armed Services, Financial Services, Energy and Commerce, and Foreign Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
