A resolution honoring the service and sacrifice of Air Force Major John A. Klinner, Air Force Major Ariana G. Savino, Air Force Technical Sergeant Ashley B. Pruitt, Air Force Captain Seth R. Koval, Air Force Captain Curtis J. Angst, and Air Force Master Sergeant Tyler H. Simmons.

This resolution honors the memory, service, and sacrifice of six Air Force personnel: Major John A. Klinner, Major Ariana G. Savino, Technical Sergeant Ashley B. Pruitt, Captain Seth R. Koval, Captain Curtis J. Angst, and Master Sergeant Tyler H. Simmons. These individuals tragically perished on March 12, 2026, in an accident involving a KC-135 Stratotanker refueling aircraft during Operation Epic Fury over western Iraq. The resolution highlights that Major Klinner, Major Savino, and Technical Sergeant Pruitt served with the 99th Air Refueling Squadron , while Captain Koval, Captain Angst, and Master Sergeant Simmons were assigned to the 121st Air Refueling Wing . The Senate expresses its deepest condolences and gratitude to the Gold Star Families and loved ones of the fallen service members. Furthermore, it respectfully requests that an enrolled copy of the resolution be transmitted to both the 99th Air Refueling Squadron and the 121st Air Refueling Wing.
