This bill mandates that the Secretary of Veterans Affairs establish regulations to ensure veterans can easily access physical copies of the Department of Veterans Affairs Form 10-3452 , which is used for travel expense reimbursement. Veterans would have the option to receive this form by mail upon request or to obtain it directly at any VA medical facility . Furthermore, the legislation ensures that veterans can submit the completed reimbursement form either in person at a VA medical facility or through the mail. The bill also requires that any VA medical facility receiving such a form must properly evaluate the covered form and process any associated travel reimbursement claim in a timely manner.
