National Guard for National Service Act

This bill establishes a pilot program designed to address critical workforce integration and national security imperatives by leveraging the capabilities of the National Guard and national service laws. The program will be jointly overseen by the Chief of the National Guard Bureau and the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service.

A significant component is workforce development and financial security, establishing a nationwide employment and training pipeline that connects part-time National Guard and Reserve members with structured career pathways, thereby addressing economic insecurity and ensuring workforce stability.
