End EPA Abuse Act of 2026

This bill amends Section 301 of the Clean Air Act to impose significant new limitations on the Administrator's regulatory authority. Its primary purpose is to restrict the Environmental Protection Agency's ability to issue regulations that could impact consumer vehicle choices, electric grid stability, and the feasibility of required technologies. Specifically, the bill prohibits regulations that would restrict the sale or use of internal combustion engine vehicles or necessitate fuel-switching at power plants .
