Renewable Energy Choice Act

This legislative proposal seeks to prevent state and local governments from imposing restrictions on renewable energy services. Other forbidden limitations include establishing sound limits below 50 decibels, refusing road use agreements, or charging disproportionately high permitting fees compared to other energy projects.
