Redirecting Trump Slush Funds to Lower Health Care Costs Act

This bill aims to prevent the use of federal funds for specific purposes, particularly those benefiting the President. It explicitly prohibits any federal funds, including those from the Judgment Fund, from being used for legal financial settlements that benefit the President personally or politically.

Furthermore, the bill forbids the establishment or maintenance of any commission, fund, such as the "Anti-Weaponization Fund," or other mechanism intended to provide such compensation. Instead of these prohibited uses, the legislation appropriates $1.776 billion to the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

These appropriated funds are specifically directed towards the Medicaid program to address health care costs, including funding to eliminate previous funding and eligibility cuts enacted under the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act."
