CCP Sanctions Shot Clock Act

This bill amends the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 to mandate specific actions regarding foreign entities. It requires the Secretary of the Treasury to include certain foreign persons in the Non-SDN Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies List. Specifically, within one year of the President submitting a report identifying qualifying foreign persons, the Secretary must add those entities to the list if they are not already present. This ensures timely inclusion of entities indicated in the report as meeting the criteria for sanctions. If any foreign person is added, a newly revised Non-SDN Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies List must be published in the Federal Register.
