10 Years of ICE Funding Act

This legislation provides substantial appropriations for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) , totaling over $105 billion. The bill allocates funds for two primary categories: operations and support , and procurement, construction, and improvements . Specifically, $100,363,620,000 is designated for operations and support, covering expenses such as vehicle purchases, overseas vetted units, and facility maintenance. An additional $5,000,000,000 is appropriated for procurement, construction, and improvements, including the acquisition of real property and facility upgrades. Crucially, all appropriated amounts are made available for obligation until September 30, 2036 , ensuring a decade of sustained funding for ICE's activities and infrastructure, overriding any other laws that might limit their availability.
