Grocery, Farm, and Food Worker Protection Act of 2026

This bill establishes the Grocery, Farm, and Food Worker Stabilization Grant Program under the Secretary of Agriculture, to be administered through the Agricultural Marketing Service. The legislation authorizes $50,000,000 in appropriations for the program, which will remain available until expended. Furthermore, it mandates that the Secretary submit a report to Congress within four years, detailing the program's outcomes and evaluating its overall impact.
