Furthermore, the legislation allows targeted assistance schools to allocate funds for programmatic support for students participating in both arts and music programs, covering expenses such as certified educators, professional development, supplies, instruments, and music technology, thereby enhancing the quality and availability of comprehensive arts and music instruction.
