Grizzly Bear State Management Act of 2025

This legislation mandates the Secretary of the Interior to reissue a specific final rule within 180 days of the Act's enactment. The rule in question pertains to the removal of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem population of grizzly bears from the Federal list of endangered and threatened wildlife. The reissuance of this final rule, originally published in 2017, is to occur without regard to other applicable laws concerning its issuance.
