Deporting Fraudsters Act of 2025

This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to establish new grounds for inadmissibility and deportability related to fraud against the government and unlawful receipt of public benefits. It specifies that aliens convicted of , or who admits to committing , an offense involving defrauding the United States Government or unlawfully receiving Federal, State, or local public benefits will be deemed inadmissible . Additionally, any alien convicted of such an offense, or a conspiracy to commit it, will be considered deportable from the United States. The legislation references existing definitions for Federal, State, and local public benefits to clarify its scope.
