Presumptive CLARITY Act of 2025

This bill mandates that the Secretary of Veterans Affairs establish and maintain a publicly accessible website to enhance transparency regarding presumptions of service connection for toxic exposure. The website will list specific conditions and cohorts that the Department is actively considering for either establishing or removing such presumptions. For each listed condition or cohort, the publication must provide a comprehensive overview of the process , including steps and target completion times. It also requires details on the current status of the Department's evaluation and clear instructions for the public to submit comments and recommendations . The VA is required to commence this publication within 180 days of the Act's enactment.
