Summary
This bill requires the Secretary of Agriculture to convey a specific parcel of Forest Service property, approximately 0.81 acres , located in Perryville, Arkansas, to Perry County. The conveyance is contingent upon the County submitting a written request to the Secretary within 180 days of the bill's enactment. The transfer will be made without monetary consideration and by quitclaim deed, but the County is responsible for all associated costs, including surveys and environmental or historic preservation analyses. The property must be used exclusively for public purposes , such as supporting education and youth development. If the property ceases to be used for these public purposes, it may revert to the United States at the Secretary's discretion. The Secretary is also not required to provide any environmental covenants or warranties for the conveyed property.
