Upper Price River Watershed Project Act of 2026

This bill mandates the Secretary of the Interior to convey approximately 124.23 acres of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land to the city of Price, Utah . This transfer will occur at the city's request and is intended for public purposes as defined by the city itself. The specific parcel of land is identified on a map titled "Land Conveyance near Price, Utah," prepared by the BLM. The conveyance is authorized notwithstanding certain sections of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, but remains subject to valid existing rights.
